Procedure for Application for PPID Information from the Ministry of Trade

A. Requests for information can be made through information channels, including: through public face-to-face

B. Request for information online through the Ministry of Trade's Public Information Service Portal at http://ppid.kemendag.go.id with the following procedure:

1. Public Information applicants register online; registration is enough to be done 1 (one) time and is valid for the next and for all work units within the Ministry of Trade;
2. the applicant for Public Information uploads a proof of identity in the form of an identity card as a means of verifying the application;
3. proof and date of application for public information issued in the form of an ID number on the application registration page;
4. PPID will verify and activate registration;
5. Public Information applicants whose registration has been activated can begin to apply for public information online;
6. all responses from PPID are carried out and submitted through the Public Information Applicant service page on the Ministry of Trade's Public Information Service Portal.
