Register through the Ministry of Trade's PPID Portal via the link https://ppid.kemendag.go.id/register;

Complete the column provided and attach the required supporting documents;

If the user data is complete, the user will receive a confirmation email from PPID, that the user has been registered as a user of the Ministry of Trade's public information service.

Information requests can be submitted through the Ministry of Trade's PPID portal through the 'Application;

If the information request data is complete, the user will receive a confirmation email from the PPID that the information request has been received and is being processed.
